Wedding Packages

Gold - $1050+GST

  • Filming of the entire ceremony no matter the length.
  • Coverage of the photo session after the ceremony.
  • You will receive a fully edited video that will include a video montage of your day.
  • 3 labeled copies of the DVD.

Platinum - $1350+GST

  • Filming of the entire ceremony no matter the length.
  • Coverage of the photo session after the ceremony.
  • Coverage of the rehearsal OR reception. Rehearsal coverage is a maximum of 2 hours and reception coverage includes everything up to and including the first 3 dances.
  • You will receive a fully edited video that will include a video montage of your day.
  • 5 labeled copies of the DVD.

Diamond - $1650+GST

  • Wedding day preparations of the bride or groom (Both can be included if not occurring simultaneously).
  • Filming of the entire ceremony no matter the length.
  • Coverage of the photo session after the ceremony.
  • Coverage of the rehearsal. Rehearsal coverage is a maximum of 2 hours.
  • Reception Coverage. This consists of everything up to and including the first 3 dances.
  • You will receive a fully edited video that will include video montages of your day.
  • 7 labeled copies of the DVD.

Each package can be finished in one of two formats. Please choose one of the following forms.

Long Format

This choice has traditionally been more popular, as it includes all the events of the day(s) in their entirety. However, you may have 3, 4 or more hours of film to watch. This can be very enjoyable to watch on a Sunday afternoon, but may not be as practical to show others.

Short Format

Currently this choice is the most popular. Your final product is a 30-60 minute highlight film of all your wedding events. It includes the most important scenes, such as: the procession, the vows, rings, the kiss, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, first dance etc.

The Engagement Video: $350

The engagement video is filmed a few weeks before the wedding. It includes scenes of the couple together as well as the couple's story. The finished video is 10 to 15 minutes in length and is a great feature to show your family and friends at the reception. (Projector, DVD player and screen are not provided by White Orchid Films).

Any additional events may be covered at a rate of $80 per hour.

Extra copies of the DVD are $20 each.

If you are looking for unedited footage of your wedding, we would be happy to offer you this service at 50% of the cost of the regular package prices. You will receive the filmed events on digital Mini DV tapes (Professional Master series).
